I have used this for a number of months now and its never failed me yet!
This is not a virus, although KIS will say it is – false positive.
Getting started:
1. Disable the Self-Defense.
2. Close your Kaspersky product.
3. Click on Start Reset to begin.
4. Wait for Kaspersky to prompt you to activate.
5. Activate your product using the online method.
